EARLSWOOD “SAFEGUARD” FULL HEIGHT MID BAR GATE

These "see
through' collapsible gates are very strong and compact.
Manufactured using double vertical pickets, connected
by solid steel lattice bars and working on the "lazy
tong" principal for ease of operation. Full height
bars are fitted between each pair of pickets to enable
gate to reject a 76mm diameter sphere. Ideally suited
to Goods only lifts, providing maximum clear opening
and minimum bunch. Mid-bar gates are top hung and can
operate on either dee-bar or rolled two part section
top tracks. Galvanised finish is standard, but polyester
powder coating is an additional option, together with
fabricated leading edges, recessed pull handles and
recessed Mathews retaining catches. All gates are manufactured
to suit each individual opening.

Hot rolled mild steel lattice bars pass through heavy
duty 16mm double pickets, fitted with case hardened
pulley wheels running on either a flat bar or two section
box type top track. Cast bottom guides fitted between
pickets run in a 25mm x 25mm channel section bottom
track. Full mid bars are fitted between vertical pickets.
