EARLSWOOD “ECONOGUARD” FOLDING SHUTTER GATE

These neat and attractive folding gates have over many
years become the standard for Goods lift installations
and in certain instances ideal for Passenger lifts.
Double picket construction and pressed steel lattice
work, make these gates quite strong, it's compact folding
design ensures that the maximum possible clear opening
width is achieved. Suitable for both landing and lift
car applications, with the landing gates Fire tested
.to B.S.476 Part 22:1987 giving up to 4 hour fire resistance.
Folding shutter gates are top hung on rolled section
two part top tracks and, with channelled section bottom
guide tracks. Standard finish is galvanised, but polyester
powder coating or stainless steel ( on face side only
) is an additional option, together with vision panels,
interlock preparation and recessed Mathews retaining
catches. All gates are manufactured to suit each individual
opening.

Specification

Pressed steel
scissor lattice bars pass through double pickets. 152mm
x 1.6mm thick galvanised leaves with compatible front
and back hinge strip. Concave case hardened pulley wheels
running on a two section top track and cast bottom guides
running in a 25mm x 25mm channel bottom track.

Landing shutters supplied with
receiving channel, sealing angle and coverplate to comply
with fire test regulations

Accessories
|

Vision panel,
229mm leaves, Mathews catch, lock preparation and landing
frames. Installation and repairs service by our trained
engineers.
