The “Anjovic” Folding car gate was originally designed to supersede the plastic type folding car doors that are fitted to domestic and home lift installations. Lightweight, yet very robust, “Anjovic” gates are constructed using 16swg aluminium panels, hinging on 6mm diameter steel rods, giving 91mm centres. The bottom guides are rotating 18mm diameter nylon blocks, secured by M6 Nyloc full nuts. All gates are top hung from 32mm deep rolled section top track with each pair of panels supported from 18mm diameter sealed roller bearings. A single lattice system ensures stability and ease of operation. Mill finish is standard but polyester powder coating is an additional option, together with Georgian wired vision panels. All “Anjovic” gates are manufactured to suit each individual opening.

Specification

Rolled aluminium panels hinging on a 6mm bright mild steel rod, controlled by 16x3mm lattice bars make up the body of this “lightweight” but “strong” gate. The gates run on a double 21xgmm nylon roller inside a 1.5mm galvanized rolled top track section. The bottom is guided by 16x18mm rotating nylon rollers, secured with a 6mm nylock nut. Magnetic catches are fitted to the side of the leading edge to secure the gate when closed.

Accessories

Kronenburg electrical interlocks, ramp type fabricated bottom track, powdercoated finish, and Georgian wired vision panels are all available as extras.
