Earlswood Anjovic folding car gates are designed to supersede the plastic type folding doors fitted on many home lift applications across the UK. The gate benefits from a lightweight but robust structure, which makes this a very neat and practical option for the domestic environment.

STANDARD SPECIFICATION

GATE BODY

 The gate body is constructed from 6mm bright mild steel rods fitted vertically inside the aluminium door panels interconnected by solid steel lattice work. The gate is top hung using double nylon rollers connected to the 6mm bright steel rods. Running in the bottom track the gate body has 18mm diameter nylon rollers. Aluminium mill finish as standard.

LEADING EDGE
The leading edge assembly is fabricated from a 1.6mm aluminium sheet formed section and a full length 1.6mm aluminium back plate. Small bow handles are fitted as standard. High strength magnetic catch is fitted as standard to ensure the gate is held securely closed during operation. Small recessed handles and preparation for contact switch are optional extras.

GATE LEAF
Rolled 100mm aluminium leaves with a mill finish as standard.

TOP TRACK SECTION
The top track section is a 1.5mm rolled section. Top track dimensions are 27mm deep x 30mm wide and is supplied with compatible support brackets for fixing.

BOTTOM TRACK SECTION
The bottom track section is a 3mm galvanised steel channel with external dimensions of 25mm deep by 25mm wide as standard. Fabricated bottom tracks are an optional extra.
